New Year Trip To Mekedatu!!!!

     A wonderful New Year alongwith friends far away from B’lore’s madding crowd - tht’s wht I had thought of and as it would have been got one too!! This is the new year trip we had to Maikedata..(here we includes Kosha, Pavithra, Mipple, Deep and very much myself) :D:D:D

     After the New Year party at night I was in no mood to get up early, not even by 12:00. But then again the enthusiasm for the trip and being away from b’lore was such I got up by 9:30 :D:D. Then as per Pavi’s and my plan the previous day, we made a move from our PG by 10:20 am. Mind it pavi who is used to a cup of morning tea didn’t get one, as we both got up arnd the same time and had to reach the meeting point by 11:00 am. So she wasn’t in the best of her moods since morning. As per our plan every participant of the trip was supposed to gather at mipple’s house by 11:00 sharp. And to be frank the new year resolution was good … everyone was all set to start the trip by 11:15 am…

     Now whn we were just 10-15 kms aways frm b’lore pavi started feeling uneasy all the more coz we were not stuffed with brkfast and pavi specifically was without her morning tea. Somehow we managed with some gharelu nuskhe and she felt fine :))… Now during the onward trip it was like leg pulling happening btwn all of us and pata nahi kya fundae pila rahe the :D:D We ended up chit chatting abt ppl’s trippings, history of kumfu karate and such other stuffs… Finally by 2:30 we reached our destination.. to be specific 4 kms from the actual destination, coz any private vehicle can’t go beyond the point where our qualis dropped us. There the first thng we did was get a cup of tea for pavi :D:D. Mind it pavi had 2 cups :D.

     I guess this place is meant for non-veggies. Kosha and pavi being veggies couldn’t get nythng to eat it seemed… Mipple, deep and myself survived on bread omlette. Then after filling our stomach we started out towards our actual destination. Here we had to cross a small river sort of and reach a point wherein we got a bus to our final destination… The bus trip was the best. The bus was totally overloaded with passengers and it appeared as if they were hung from different parts of the bus :P:P Truly thts wht we say proudly “Indians can adjust out nywhere” :))))

     Talking about the place I don’t have words to describe the beauty.. Such an awesome place. The speciality being water flowing amongst big rocks … for a moment I felt as if I was in some wonderland with rocks all arnd and water flowing so elegantly with all its beauty in the arms of these huge rocks :)))).. I even compared the location to “Raat Ka Nasha” song location of ashoka!! A wonderful place!!!

     As it would have been, being adventurous creatures we decided to go further down to have a closer look of the water-flow, whch involved some rock climbing….. Everytime mipple and deep were helping the gals climb down the rock or up the rock :)))… and the usual and the only stuff coming out of the gals mouth was oops, ouch!! :D:D Finally with loads of effort and co-operation, we finally reached a point wherein the view was marvelous…. At tht point I felt as I was feeling the water within me :)) In btwn I did something adventurous. Having got inspired by a person jumping from a rock in front of me I too did the same blunder and ended up with a small sprain in my leg. The best part was the pain was gone with 15 mins of massaging but I made others wait on the rock for 15 mins (the rock was quiet hot it was as if standing on a heater :P:P) :D:D

     Then finally after lots of water fresh memories by 5:45 we decided to return and had to wait for the only bus in tht route. Here Deeps suggested to walk down 4 kms. Initially we girls opposed the very idea of walking back, the reason being we were dog tired. But finally seeing the bus fully stuffed with ppl, we too agreed for the same :)) While walking down we discovered a spot which wasn’t crowded by ppl, better to say we were the only 5 creatures there at tht time. Here we found loads of rocks and the entire place to five of us. We decided to spend some peaceful time there. To be frank this was the best part of mekedatu we had discovered :)))….. nyways there we spent a lot of time, with pavi all the more getting frustrated about getting bak to b’lore and having a proper nap before attending the first shift of the new year :D:D

     Finally after lots of time pass once again pavi started feeling hungry and we decided to walk bak the rest of the distance of abt 2 kms. Somehow we made bak to our qualis and finally deep and myself once again had some bread and omlette and got back for our return trip. By this time pavi’s battery was totally down, I guess she was cursing for having spent the new year with so many bitter and good memories, the former being in majority :D:D

     On the way bak we took our dinner at a Punjabi dhaba.. the food was good all the more coz we were dying of hunger !!! Finally after all the filling stuff we made our way bak to b’lore with all bitter and good memories to cherish. Today whn I m writing this blog I m fully afflicted with pains in everypart of my body especially my leg whch witnessed an adventure jump of mine :D:D.

Conclusion : Overall a very good experience and a sweet experience. Explored such beautiful place that too on a new year. Thnx to mipple, deeps, kosha and pavi for making my new year so wonderful and sorry if I ever spoilt nyone’s mood in btwn the trips :))))). Hope to njoy many more such new yrs together :)))
